  • RIP Nintendo support

    I've pretty much given up on support for the current systems. Zen seems to be more interested in making money off the other avenues other then Nintendo. Am I being over dramatic, perhaps but I'm not seeing anything to think otherwise.

    I like how the newest table announced just said consoles so as to not exclude Nintendo so we don't get upset but the proof is in the pudding and we get no response as to why Dr Strange has not yet been released when it was announced over 6 months ago now. Disgruntled yes, upset at both Nintendo and Zen yes. I'm happy what's been released thus far and will continue to enjoy that but won't be waiting for anything anytime soon.

    As for anything announced further for Nintendo I'll just wait till I can actually dl it as dates and before CHRISTmas and or coming soon just doesn't cut it! Sorry for being so upset and to think I've only had the U for as long as Dr Strange has been announced. Can't imagine all those that have had the system since launch!

    Love ya Barbie and I know your hands are tied! This was not aimed at you by any means.

    I feel ya. Super frustrating on our end too. I wish things were different!

      Dear Barbiebobomb,

      An honest question;
      Can you confirm that there are still tables which ZEN is actually planning to release on the WiiU, or is noone working on the WiiU anymore?
      Looking forward to an honest answer....

      Thanks,

          That's good to hear, however I'm not going to hold my breath on when we will hear anything. All I ask is please don't post anything till an actual date has been announced!

                Is Kickbeat still in development for Wii U?
                Or was that a ratings error to begin with?

                    It seems Zen Studio has really something in the work.
                    Kickbeat - Special Edition - eShop Wii U version has a specific trailer

                    I don't know why Zen pinball tables are so slow to go on Wii U, but i don't thing it's a problem of "Zen don't support Wii U anymore". I think it's more a technical problem, maybe a restriction of the eShop concerning number of DLC per game, of problem of validation from Nintendo or simply of problem of time and ressources.

                    Maybe Barbie could tell us more about what kind of problem it is.

                      Of course it's time & resource. But this is a choice. And since they can make more money on other platforms, time & resources are shifted to those. I can't blame them for that. It's plain economics.
