Being 30 isn't really that big of a deal. I turned 30 two months ago and I still feel like I'm in my 20s.

Being 30 isn't to big of a deal for a GUY! Now for a woman that's a different story. Now turning 40 is not something I'm looking forward to in 3 months :'(

That doesn't apply to everyone. Several of my female friends have turned 30 recently and they are saying the same thing as I am. As the old adage goes, "age is only that in the mind."

I remember when I turned 27. It was the first year that I actually felt old

The other years since then (I'm 34 now) haven't bothered me. I think it was because I was 2 years away from 25 and everything else seemed downhill. But everything's great now! Age is just a number. You're only as old as you feel, as Shogun said.
