Yep - like Kraig said, that is not possible. Would be awesome, but the Xbox and PS4 stores are not connected in any way in order to facilitate transfers.

Are there any ways in the works to be able to transfer tables from pinball fx2 on Xbox360 to zen pinball 2 on ps4? Lots of scores and tables I'd like to keep, but I don't know how.

It's just not possible cross platform like that. It's either 360>X1>Win 10 or PS3>PS Vita>PS4. Sony and Microsoft need to be involved and they just wouldn't allow cross platform upgrades. Sorry!
