Why is there no forum place for VENGEANCE & VIRTUE yet?

Because it's just a table pack for Pinball FX2/Marvel Pinball.

It's not an all new original game or sequel.

As shogun00 said, the Marvel Vengeance and Virtue pack will be downloadable content for Marvel Pinball on PS3 and Pinball FX2. You can discuss it in either of those forums!

That makes sense, I had been sadly misinformed that it was its own 'thing' Sigh, all that speculation I had going on. I cannot remember who the source was, but if I recall I will let them know.
