Help Please.. Hi i'm new too

Guys, I downloaded the new free version from the windows 8 store just the other day ... and now each time I try to play it just goes back to the start screen and if I click on it again it goes to sign me in via xbox and then shuts down again when I click on mars ..
am I doing something wrong ...please help ...
