Sorry for the noob question, I'm trying to figure out how the grayed-out tables are accessed or unlocked. Currently can only play Sorcerer's Lair.

They need to be purchased. Each table costs $1.99. Just tap on the grayed-out icon and it will ask you if you want to purchase the table.
