  • VIP Purchase Issue

    I purchased the membership but received no gold, gems or in game confirmation. The icon appears to the upper left and I have received an email confirmation. The error stated the purchase could not be made at this time however it was. After it failed I tried to link to facebook, that also failed. Just a black square on my screen that had the X in the top right.

    I have an Asus infinity 700t

        Purchase of VIP, no Bonuses

        I would just like to say that this game is great, lots of fun.

        I literally bought the game to remove the ads as they were everywhere, but the fact remains I had FUN! just not during ads.

        So I recently just bought the game to my google account, yet I did not receive any gems or bonus gold.

        Also I would like to clarify when the weekly bonus gold/gems would be awarded? Is it on Monday at 12am or some other set time period?

                We have already solved the server-side issue causing this behavior. I hope we will be able to restore all purchases this week, or early next week latest.

                    vip but didn't get my diamonds and stuff..

                    I paid 4.99 cent became vip but no diamonds n coins please fix thanks....

                      purchased vip but didn't get the Dimond n coins.....from Google. .

                      bought vip pack but dint receive the Dimond or coins please fix android samsung galaxy s4. ....

                            Finally Bought VIP

                            Well, I finally caved in and bought VIP for $4.99 last night because I couldn't stand the annoyance of the non-stop advertisements any longer.

                            So...I do have VIP(emblem in the top-left corner), but one problem, never received my 10,000 Gold or my 100 Diamonds, as a few other players have stated.



                            I also sent BarbieBobomb a private message letting her know of this bug, but I thought I should post it here as well so the devs know of the bugs frequency.

                            Hopefully this VIP bug will be squashed in the next update.
