Castle Storm Pc Crash

I just bought the game Castle Storm on Steam, then I downloaded it to pc
but it did not work somehow.
So I looked forward for some news about it and I found that forum
As the Officer said I rebooted pc but it did not work again
I uninstalled it and installed it again and unfortunately it did not work either
I can not even open the game, I just double-clicked the shortcut and it's got stucked...
