Just some question about the wii u Port

I'm just wandering some little question about the wii u version cause I'm seriously thinking to get it on this support but I need to know some details I can't find ...

_Are the two dlc already included in the wii U version or not ?
_If not, thoses dlcs will be released later or ... ?
_When you decide to play online this game do you fight other users of others platforms or not ? (I mean you can play with users of pc/xbox/ps3 version or you only play with guys on the same support ?)

The DLC will come later, though no release date as of now. When you play online, you only play against players on that particular platform
