It is now October and this issue is still outstanding. I got one session of co-op when I updated the game, and am now unable to play again.

I love your game, really great interplay, we laughed a LOT while playing. I would really like to be able to play it more. Can we get a status update on this?

We haven't been able to reproduce the issue on a retail console, so we're having trouble figuring out why it works for some but not others. Do you have a way of sending or linking a video of what happens when you try to play co-op?
