Lost progress !!!

Hello.
I am playing that game almost every day for the past one year. Had 8+ weeks each day bonus stack. About a week ago when I start the game it shows black screen and then just returns to home tablet screen. I had restarted tablet twice, checked for updates, cleared cache but nothing helps.
The only way I managed to start it is to delete the data.
Now my progress is gone. I have all achievements still in place but I start at level1.
All campaigns completed (445 out of 450 starts completed). 1350 diamonds!!!

Can anyone tell me how I can get my profile back or this information is not stored in my cloud profile and it is gone forever?

Cloud save is set up by logging into Facebook through the app. If you did that before you deleted, it should restore progress when you re-link your Facebook account. If you had cloud save set up, and it's still not working, send an email from within the app (it will come directly to me) and let me know that cloud save didn't work. The email will auto-load your user and device info we'll need to help you out
