Xbox One Progress Lost

Hi guys Im heartbroken well a little bit

Playing Castle Storm is amazing fun and ive spent a lot of time building my stars up and getting my stats up, then i logged in and it was all gone, and i've noticed since its not once synced to cloud, please please please tell me i havnt lost my stats and they are somewhere in the cloud. Any information will help and no I *havn't* wiped my own stats in the menu either.

Were you online when you played last? Are you online and using the same account now? I'm looking at the Xbox support page about cloud saves and it all seems mostly automatic, so I'm not sure how to pull a save from the cloud manually, or if that is even possible: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-o...sked-questions

Yes i'm always online on the Xbox One, sad times if i cant get back the save, i love the game but it took a lot to get where i was. well if you hear anything i would greatly appreciate that, maybe its a game i can come back to in the future

Fantastic game btw apart from this little problem, but massive fan none the less.
