  • Xbox One Bug Report Latest Update, Crystal Defender levels

Hi, I have just updated to the latest version on Xbox One and have noticed a (new) bug on the Bladgard stage, Crystal Defender levels (Both campaigns) the health bar for the crystal you have to destroy is right at the very edge/off the screen it is not fully visible at all if you move the camera the bar moves too. Before the health bar was central near the crystal.

    Thanks

    *Edit*
The same problem happens in the other levels where you have to destroy a crystal too, Red Gem Redemption.

In the main menu, go to Help & Options, Settings, Video and readjust the screen scale in a bit - let me know if you still can't see the health bar after adjusting.

The Screen Scale is set to max and I have my TV set to 1:1 native ratio, it's not a underscan issue. (Used to do tech support for games, so I know what you're thinking).

Tried adjusting to the minimum scale same issue. Only a tiny portion of the health bar is visible. It's basically stuck to the far right of the screen, and moves with the camera.

Also as a side note there is another issue with sound output on the Xbox One, when set to 7.1 Uncompressed the surround sound is set to the far back rears rather than the side rear speakers, i have to manually set to 5.1 to address this. I think is a problem inherent with the Xbox One itself though, as it happen with other games and apps sometimes. Have tried to contact Microsoft about it, the Xbox most likely needs a firmware update to address this issue. Speaker channel mapping needs an overhaul on the One. But I digress.

Can you post or send a screenshot of this?

Have sent two screenshots in, via one drive.
One for red gem and one for blue, with screen scale set to max and minimum.

I'm going to try and delete the game and re-download it, play it with the xbox offline so it's not updated and see if that resolves the issue, and then test when it is updated. There was no problem prior to the update.

              thanks.

Tried re-downloading and same issue, the game did not prompt to update when online. So it looks like that a fresh install is the latest version so can't downgrade and test. Anyway done all I can for now, least I let you guys know about the problem.

                  Hotfix soon?

This should get fixed in the next update (which is awaiting approval).

I did a 'kill it with fire' approach and deleted the game and my save file both from hard-drive and the cloud...

Because I noticed another bug, elements of the UI were missing. Basically everything that used to appear at the top of the screen. Such as the number of rooms in the castles etc...

Playing through the campaign again, this bug is still there with a fresh download and brand new save file. I have not unlocked the gem levels yet, but I imagine my original issue is still there. So just another heads up....

                      Thanks
