I just encountered this problem. It was just 2 weeks since i started playing this game. Today was my 2nd week grand prize reward day. I opened and i recieved 120 gems. It added to my gems but once i restarted the game, those gems were gone. This all happened in like 5-10 mins. I had to minimize the game and once i opened it again, it started from start, which should have not been the case, as this game does not do that, it saves the state. So, on opening again, i had same amount of gems i had before getting the reward. And yea it did not ask me for daily reward again either. Any one else experienced this issue before? Any comments would be helpful. Thank you in advance.
