Xbox One Online Co-op is broken!

I've been trying to complete the achievements on this game for months now and I can't because the online versus ranked matches are broken. It's impossible to find an opponent, whether it's a friend or a random player. Sometimes, if you're lucky and have the patience to wait long enough, the game might create a lobby for you. However, that's about as far as you're going to get because, at that point, the slot that's reserved for your opponent will read 'waiting for other player' FOREVER! You can wait until you're blue in the face but you're never going to find someone to play.

Now I understand that this is a 'free to play game' on the Xbox One, but that doesn't mean we shouldn't be getting a good quality product. I've been reading other posts on the forums regarding this matter so I know that I'm not the only one complaining about this issue. ZEN Studios, please show some initiative and put some effort into fixing your broken game. You owe it to the people who took the time to play your game.

We have investigated the issue and there are lots of network issues plaguing many online MP games, not just CastleStorm. Until there is a system update to resolve the connection issues, there isn't much we can do. Sorry.
