Phone updated and progress lost

My motox(2nd gen) phone updated itself and now my castle storm game progress is lost. When I open the game, it gives me the option to start a new game, or to sign in with my Facebook account.

I do not have a Facebook account. I never plan on having a Facebook account. Is there any other alternative way to recover my game? I spent months logging in, even if I could not play, to receive the daily login bonuses.
