Cool Harpoon - and other ultra rare finds

- Are there any lists online on all the weapons you can find, and what each of the upgrade rounds will add to them? I just found Cool Harpoon and I was wondering if Ill get to upgrade the Durability of it, or just the added +1 dmg (which is not worth it imo).
