Controls too sensitive (twitchy) (Switch Version)

The power controls are too sensitive and twitchy and all my friends and I struggle with getting the right power, its seems it all or nothing with the power, Help please!!!!

You can change sensivity in the options menu. Did you try that?
In general I prefer to play the game with the Pro Controller. The small sticks of the Joy Cons unfortunately have a very short ratio.

Yep tried that but it didn't help. Unfortunately I don't have a pro controller. Thanks anyway
