Add a chance to contain a weapon drop for weapon racks

I was very sad when I found out the the nice weapon racks never contain a weapon to pick up. It would be good if there was at least a small chance for them to contain a weapon drop.

I meant these racks.

Edit: overaly, more things could contain some loot sometimes. For example, skeletons.
