Hey i have the following problem in Win10. Already tried to reinstall & reset the game. I can start the game normally but pressing a button as requested to "enter the game" does not work. I already allowed the xbox data collection stuff, but now it stay in this start screen as described. What can I do?

Are you sure you are trying to play with the account you purchased the game? It looks like some kind of authentication issue. Make sure you double check the xbox account you are using, by downloading the xbox app from the store and signing in there as well. Let me know if it doesn't work!

i am logged in on my xbox app for windows 10. Using game pass for the game. I already played HaloWars2 and StateOfDecay2 this way w/o any problem...Comment

It says "enter" and i press enter. sorry was not precise. There seems to be a glitch with the "xbox pop up" which does not appear after i accepted to "let xbox collect data yadayada" the first time. Is there another option to start the game maybe? Or any settings i have to change in windows10 or the store?Comment
