Not able to bind key for start/ shoot ball permantly on keyboard

Hello,
I have the problem that I changed the key to start/ shoot the ball from enter to arrow down. And I have to bind after each game (The three balls) the key to another, while in a game it works perfectly.
I have a razer huntsman, with driver, hope this will help.
