No, if you buy for one system you can only play them on this system, there is no cross anything.

One would hope that they introduce a Zen Account where purchases can be carried over to other platforms. I'd be willing to pay a bit of a premium for it.

If this happens, then it will definitely soften the blow in rebuying all of the tables again.
