Poor ball performance in FX3

I have bought all the FX3 games and have installed them on my PC and have horrible ball stutter, does anyone else have these issues ?
My specs are as below and I have tried Win 11 and Win 10 with same results, it happens on most all of the games that I have tired.

Specs on PC

I9-129000k 3.2Ghz Intel

2TB 980 Pro PCIE Samsung SSD Boot

Asus Prime Z690-P Wifi D4

1000 Watt Corsair PSU

32GB 8GB X 4 DDR4/3200Mhz

Geforce RTX 3080 Ti 12GB GDDR6X

ball typically disappears on the returns to the flippers and disappears for a second or so.

I have a 4k 60Hz TV as the playfield, could this be the issue.

Have you tried lowering the resolution to see if the problem persists? or have you activated vsync?
