Cabinet Code Request, No Response?

I requested a cabinet code last week, but still have not received a response. How long does this usually take?
I'm new to Pinball FX on steam. I normally played on iPhone, but recently modified a cabinet to use with my pc the steam version after seeing some impressive Youtube videos.

I was hoping to test it out this weekend but I'm stuck waiting on a code it seems.

Here the same! I requested my cabinet code on february 10. I'm still waiting.
