Aliens pinball on iphone stopped reaching zen server

Aliens vs Pinball has worked perfectly on my iphone SE3 until just recently. The games no longer show the end-or-extra ball and when I earn tokens it says it can’t find the server. what’s up?

Really? Nobody has a clue either?
I have been up to the maximum earned extra balls (1000) for over a year or more and want them back. Everything else gets on the internet just fine except AVP. Restore my purchases doesn’t help.
The games run normally until I lose the last ball - then it just goes to the game over outdo.

It asks me if I want to save high scores with my initials, even when the score doesn’t seem all that high for me.
This isn’t happening to anyone else???

I haven't been able to play AVP on my Moto Z4 ever since I got it because the screen gets cut off. Tried emailing with no avail.

sounds like a different issue than server connectivity.

Yeah I tried as linne suggested and uninstalled and reinstalled and now I can't sign in to play my purchased tables at all.

I just paid to unlock all tables, but the app cannot connect to the Zen Studios. It’s been like this for three straight days, and now I find this post confirming that the problem is at least two months old. Yes, I did uninstall and re-install on my iPad Pro. So please, either unlock my tables or process a refund.
