Network/store down since update

Can we get answers when will this be back up? Is it being worked on? Message says unable to reach store and inventory data due to internet connectivity issues. Please try again later. It’s been like this since Fridays update

Yes, we are continuously working on fixing this issue on the PlayStation. If you could send us your Game Session ID (you can find it in the bottom left corner of the Options menu), that could help us a lot. Thanks in advance and sorry for the inconvenience.
