Bug Report thread for Pinball FX

Another one just happened on Funhouse... I just scored a 5 million game and when checking the leaderboards it still shows my high scores being in 1 million. (On PS5) this is very critical if I'm going to continue playing . How can I trust if I have a good game then my score is going to be registered? Please let me know if I can be of more assistance in troubleshooting this issue.

I've noticed this several times, but it has always sorted itself after the next time I played. Almost like the score shown in the leaderboards is the game prior to the one you just completed.

Mine never did credit the correct score. Now, has it happened to me on probably over 50 games since, no, but still a concern.

Also are any of the devs ever going to respond to this post you all created and that we are nice enough to share this information? So far it's a tomb in here....

Honestly, this has probably been the case for me too, in some cases, though I can't 100% confirm.

I've also had this issue: lost a top 10 score on Champion Pub because of it. Very disheartening.

There are currently no active events in Pinball FX on PS5. The ongoing event, Sky Pirates, is no longer showing either.

I confirm too, no events on PS5 besides the occasional Son of Zeus after today's reset, that only appeared once or twice after several refresh, then to just disappear like Cirqus Voltaire all past week.. Now the two grand bi-weeklys have disappeared completely = Cirqus Voltaire, Sky Pirates and the new weeklies, if there are, aren't available on PS5.

On Xbox series x I also unlocked the 1 day pinball pass yesterday and am extremely disappointed that there are no events showing during my pinball pass time. Before I unlocked the pinball pass I constantly had 3 events that I could play and others available if I bought the tables or pinball pass, but there are no events showing and I expect they won’t show up until after 4pm today when my 24 hour pass will expire. Will support give me a working 24 pinball pass when the events are fixed.

Looks like this may be fixed now for PS5. I was able to play the Sky Pirates, Son of Zeus, and Red & Ted free events this morning, at around 7 am Eastern Daylight Time / 11 am UTC.

They fixed it last evening (around 5pm edt). The premium events are ET, Cirqus Voltaire, and Space Station fwiw.

Xbox Series S | Everytime I open the game and while its loading there will be 2 popups that throw me into my gold/gamepass subscribtion tab and its getting annoying when the game doesnt even include those.

That is NOT a bug, it is Microsoft trying to sell you an Xbox Live Gold subscription and there is nothing Zen can do to fix it.

It happens in all Xbox Series games that have online functionality, and everybody without Gold subscription gets forced to see those screens. I see it everytime I open Pinball FX too.... You will just have to deal with it I'm afraid.

Playing Addams Family. Thing did his shot and the ball went straight through the swamp and back into the ball launch area. After that the game sort of froze up. I could move the paddles, the music played, etc., but I could not pull the ball launcher back. I had to quit and restart. I’ve made the point in another thread that this table does not play like the original table and the swamp shot is especially messed up, especially when Thing tries it. He almost always makes it on the real table, he rarely makes it in your version. I think this bug adds evidence to the fact something is not right, especially with the swamp shot.

I've had issues with daily event scores not being registered.on both Road Show and Son of Zeus.
It happened yesterday and again today.
Screenshots attached, please let me know of there's anything else I can do to assist.

I was playing the Circus Voltaire event on PS5. I was playing my 5th attempt. On my second ball, 40M score.

Right at the end of Ringmaster Razz mode, I shot the ball into the ringmaster hole as the toy was going back into the table. My ball got stuck and wouldn't eject. After a couple minutes, I tilted the table hoping to reset everything but the table was stuck. Ringmaster would pop out ever 5-10 seconds, ball would flop around inside the ringmaster's head, and then Ringmaster would lower back into the table.
