BIG BUG on PS4 Version.

Just downloaded a few trial tables with NO problems. Problem is that my purchased tables aren't shown and are listed as trial. Even better is Twilight Zone isn't even shown. A table I have purchased. Only showing The Addams Family and The Machine: Bride of Pinbot..Williams pack 1 only comes up as trial! Attack from Mars, Creature/Black Lagoon, Theatre of magic, etc. All trial only and have to download. Can you get this fixed please!!

Going to download again to see if this fixes the problem that shouldn't have happened in the first place!!

Was going to buy the other Williams pack on Friday but not now. I should have access to my tables purchased even when offline. ALL GONE apart from the 2 listed and the free table!!

Have you tried restoring your licenses on the PS4?

Events - Season points not being given anymore. Supposed to receive points for reaching a certain score (usually easy to get there) but it won’t budge. Been happening for a while now… I’m on Series X if that means anything

I was having this issue as well till I realized it was the quick resume. So what I ended up doing was just starting the game fresh every time and then I didn't have any more trouble with getting my points.

Bride of Pinbit - the 2nd time you awaken the Bride, (phase 4) the moment the 2nd ball locks when it's going to spin the wheel the table goes into thinking that a ball is lost where it Cycles all the actuators around the table simulating what it does in real life when it's trying to find the ball then eventually dumps one of the balls from the lock position but if you shoot it back up there again it's still stuck in this mode where it thinks the ball is lost. The only way to get out of this is you have to let both balls cycle and drain which causes you to lose phase 4. It's happened to me three times and basically made the table unplayable. I'm playing on ps5

This happened to me as well on Bride of Pinbot. I don’t remember the exact circumstances but I had two balls up the shuttle launch ramp—it was the robot face with no ball indentations/flat surface. They just stayed there and all the mechanics around the machine started cycling just like you say. It felt so real-world and the balls never let loose. I ended up tilting because I’m an impatient sort. Other than that, I love this game. WELCOME TO THE BILLIONAIRE’S CLUB.

This is not a "bug," but more of an irritant. I took part in an Addams Family Tournament yesterday, and the format was 5-minute Timed Challenge. The timer never stopped, even when going through the long "Thing grabs the ball" and the "Thing tees up the ball" animations. I easily lost 11-12 seconds every time. Granted, if everyone else playing the same tournament experiences the same headache, it's fair across the board. What irritates me about it is that I had played a Son of Zeus Timed Challenge the day before, and that table's timer stopped during animation sequences.

My Little Pony: no sound when scoring jackpots during 6 ball multiball...you only see "jackpot" on the DMD; but there is no sound at all
My Little Pony: sometimes the villain kicker kicks the ball right between your flippers

Rome: the conquer kicker kicked the ball right between my flipper when starting the shore/ship mission...I've done this mission a ton of times in FX3 without this issue...you have no time to react when the ball goes down in a straight line right between your flippers at full speed. A kicker should not do this!

On Xbox Series X, Snoopy Pinball. I unlocked Lucy's psychiatry stand but it doesn't show up when I try adding anything to shelves.

Nintendo release:

Hi guys, you have some bugs within the release on Nintendo Switch:
The first one is:
If settings say the A button is the launch ball button and B is for camera - it is exactly the opposite!
When I change setting to B = launch ball and A = camera - it´s also the opposite.
Same in handhald, docking oder TATE mode!
I didn´t checked X and Y...

Next one ist that you cannot remove the camera, tate mode and pause sign on screen.
These signs are next to the soring board and it is really annoying becaue nobody need them...
Maybe there is a way that you can set this off, but I didn´t find one...

I guess that the last bug is not really a bug for you.
But for me it is the biggest issue with this release and it makes it unfortunately unplayable for me!
I talk about the NUDGE settings!
I have build a game controller and also a cabinet to play pinball on Nintendo Switch the best way.
The cabinet looks a little bit like Sharpin Pinball cabinet.
Thanks to the Tate mode and the settings on FX3 it is really the best way to play pinball on Switch and it works fantastic!
On my controller and also on the cabinet I have the flippers and besides the nudge buttons!
Because I could choose on FX3 for nudging the digital pad buttons or the ZL and ZR buttons, it works perfect.
But in Pinball FX I don´t have these settings anymore!
I can only choolse between left and right analog stick!
This is really a no go for me...
I won´t play Pinball Fx without nudging.
It´s a shame that you changed that.
Also I don´t understand it.
I guess it shouldn´t be a problem to stay with the old settings.
So please change it to the old settings.

Switch version release:

Not sure if it is specific to this release, but for this specific version, the new Pinball Fx, the online Leaderboards, Tournament, and Events seems to be bugged where it often produces an error, and the Reconnect function never works whenever the connection fails. Sometimes, it might stop the error, but then it can't load any leaderboards, show any Torunaments or Events, etc. The only way to clear the error is to close and restart the program. However, it seems to be a high chance that finishing any table, particularly during Events, will fail to connect to the Leaderboards and the bug starts anew. Still, even when that happens, the game uses up one of your Daily plays at any given table so this is a bigger problem.

Also. In the Events Tab, if you press "Y" to bring up the leaderboards, at least half of the time, it will completely crash the game. I really love participating in Pinball FX Events, in the series, so I tend to hit more of that crash, from day one. As a consequence, I'm hitting all the bugs with it, currently.

Gude I agree with you,

FX3 control assignments are much better
Nudge Table with directional buttons...Please.
It also would be nice to be bind controls individually, rather than preset patterns.

There seems to be an issue with FX accepting both an external controller and switch controller at the same time (its either one or the other),

Maybe its just early days and more improvements to come.

FX3 controls are perfect.
So will stick with this one and hope for some controller updates, really want to try the new Williams tables.
