    BIG BUG on PS4 Version.

Just downloaded a few trial tables with NO problems. Problem is that my purchased tables aren't shown and are listed as trial. Even better is Twilight Zone isn't even shown. A table I have purchased. Only showing The Addams Family and The Machine: Bride of Pinbot..Williams pack 1 only comes up as trial! Attack from Mars, Creature/Black Lagoon, Theatre of magic, etc. All trial only and have to download. Can you get this fixed please!!

Going to download again to see if this fixes the problem that shouldn't have happened in the first place!!
    GET IT FIXED!!

No tables in PS5 store. On entering it pops up "The item you're looking for is unavailable. It might not be for sale yet, or it might no longer be for sale". Also get this message if trying to download a trial table.
(I'm in Australia). I would like to add more tables but am unable to!

Long time lurker, first time posting with issues or needing help.

First, I love you Zen Studios guys! Serious Pinball FX fan! I kept my PS3 just to revisit some of my old favorite tables (South Park, Paranormal, Excalibur, +++), from time to time.

Currently, I've upgraded to the new Pinball FX (2023) and am playing on PC/Steam client. So far, we totally love the new Steam release of Pinball FX, especially the new events, tournaments, and collections. However, the jury is still out on the coins/in-game purchase stuff.

I am experiencing a few problems with game, not necessarily tables (I don't' think):

1 - Steam accomplishments and table achievements are not synchronized between PCs/systems on my account. Same user id, and profile, differing PFX and table achievements/trophies when on different PCs.

2 - When Pinball FX is loading, and before "Press Any Key to Continue" even appears, we hear the audio from several tables. Pirates, gangster activity and shooting (perhaps Pinball Noir?), a female voice shouting "Shoot the mummy!", another with heavy orchestration and choral (reminds me of Excalibur sounds).

3 - Game settings are set to open video/player "Windowed", but Pinball FX always opens Full Screen and borderless.

Thanks for your time and efforts. Please advise.

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti
    RAM: 32GB
    Display: Asus PG278Q

    In Game Video Settings
    Window Mode: Full Screen
    Orientation: 270°
    Resolution: 2560x1440

Bugs related due to Portrait-Mode (270°)

    GUI Issue in 'Events' Tab:
It is impossible to claim a trophy from a finished Grand Tournament. The red dot indicator is present, but if you try to claim the trophy the popop simply closes again and the red dot indiator is still there. I only was able to sucessfully claim my trophies after I had switch the orientation back to default (0° / Landscape).

GUI Issue in Profile > Progression > 'Table Rewards' Tab:
Massive framerate-drop from 144 FPS down to ~45 FPS. This occurs as well in Landscape-Mode but not as heavy (~ 130 FPS).

    The Mandalorian:
When a story mission is being started the camera view changes for a brief moment and the table is being shown in a different angle without its front plate. See image attachement

    Missing Feature in Portrait-Mode (270°)

    Missing Feature in 'Events' Tab:
Viewing the leaderbord of a Grand Tournament only shows the rankings but not the extra window containing the Cup progress (which is only available in Landscape-View right next to ranking list). It would be nice if there was a way to view it as well (because it is really bothering if you have to switch orientation only for that).

    Other Bugs

    Fish Tales:
The ball might get stuck in the top right hole (Video Mode) as the ecject mechanism does not apply enough fource to release the ball again. It only may get released after a while (> 1 Minute) or by nudging the table at the right moment.

    Pasha:
If ball gets in the right outlane with activated kickback it is bounced back way to hard/fast. It feels like the configured kickback force value is 10.0 instead of 1.0 (compared to the left kickback).

Pinball bugs be technical!!! Play better to solve all your issues, the end. If you wanna save your epic 20 hour game, I commend you. But you must be a robot! Or a surgeon…I recently had surgery and asked for a pinball wizard. You people and your long games mistake free ultra billions, I just can’t handle them. Here is a bug for me to report……., ummm…….nope, this game weeds out failure pretty well.

PS5. Can't connect online, still, from within the game. Uninstalled/reinstalled. Deleted saves/profile. Reaccepted EULA & Online ToS. It's been almost 3 weeks now I've been unable to connect. I can't purchase anything. Can't complete the tutorial for my free day pinball pass.

All tables on PS5: After selecting "RESTART GAME" from the pause menu the X button to start the table does not respond. Only after pausing the game again, backing out and then pressing X it works. Super frustrating when playing 1-ball challenge or messing up the first ball, so please look into this.

It would also be great if the high-score from tournaments applied to the ordinary leaderboards, as it is now there's no point playing tournaments.

Anyone who has random problems with a wireless controller? I use a Switch Pro Controller with an 8bitdo bluetooth adapter. It works like a charm without any problems. In Pinball FX3 I had random disconnects every now and then...it only happened when hitting e.g. drop targets that activate the controller's rumble function. The controller disconnects, reconnects, but this 1-2 pause is fatal as you cannot do anything, but watch your ball drain...unless you press the keyboard's ESC key fast enough.

I started playing Pinball FX with no issues...but in my 20 hours in the game, I've had two disconnects so far, one of them fatal. I don't remember the tables...I think one was on Fantastic Four so the bug might be related to old tables already in FX3.

The controller's battery was fine...and I don't have such issues in other games (and I have many of them).

Assumption 1: might only occur with old tables not exclusive to FX
Assumption 2: related to drop targets, bumpers and other parts of the table that activate the rumble function. I've had several disconnects in my many hours of FX3 and all of them were triggered by hitting something with a rumble effect...there was no "ball is going up a ramp or rolling down the table when the bug happened" scenario.

Here's the current steam thread about the heavy flipper lag if Zen wants to take a look.

It's truly gamebreaking at times. Sometimes there's no delay in this situation that roz describes with the ball rolling across the flipper, other times it feels like 200-500ms+ delay before the flipper activates from the input. Using a wired controller is the only thing I've found that helps, but it still feels like something is off at times. There's something really wrong somewhere deep down in this new Pinball FX, when I can play a fighting game made with UE4 over bluetooth wireless controllers where every single frame matters and there's never a delayed input, while a pinball game is constantly failing to keep up at random. PS5 users also been complaining of this issue, so it does not appear to be some random PC configuration thing.

I've been testing in various graphics settings, and have this problem in all of them. Currently I'm running borderless window for less input lag. Regardless of mode, I am locked at 120fps with raytracing off.
