  • Official Pinball FX Table Guides

I have decided to create a Thread where I can post links to all the Official Table Guides which have been produced for Pinball FX so far. Special Thanks goes out to Zen Studios!

    Official Pinball Table Guides

*Please Note - this is not a confirmation of any table roster for the new pinball platform, rather merely preparing the forum. Thank you for your understanding.*

“Shoot again” is referring to the plunging of the ball, or the “shooting” of the ball. So when you earn an extra ball, the machine is simply telling you to take another turn and plunge the ball.

Additionally, it says “shoot again”, either with sound and/or visuals, to make sure that the player realizes they have earned the extra ball, and that it is still their turn. This is important particularly when playing a multi-player game, as the call to “shoot again” notifies both players that it is still the initial player’s turn.

Note that there are other times the machine will say “shoot again”. One that comes to mind is when you’ve locked a ball towards multiball. Often, the locked ball will be temporarily out of play until multiball is triggered, and thus another ball is loaded and ready to “shoot again”.
