The game crashes sometimes!

The game seems to crash a lot on my pc.

Sometimes the display driver stops working and recovers. Sometimes the visuals crash, but I can hear the music and when I press a flipper button, it registers (game still running). Sometimes the games crashes and the music continues and I see an error on my desktop (see screenshot).

Seems to happen the most on the Epic Quest machine, happens on the other 2 too though.

I checked it a bit on a fresh install of Windows 10 too, no crashes but didn't test that long either.

Anyone have any idea how I can fix this?

Windows 10 - gtx 970 - driver 368.39 (tried with an older driver too but also experienced crashes).

Also this is the only game on Oculus that crashes for me.

About how often does it crash? Does it happen at the same point in the game each time?

The first time seems to happen at a random time, could be as fast as a few minutes or up to 45 minutes. When I restart the game after that it happens again quickly I think.

Im having the same problem. I had it working for quite a while and then I stood up and went to the oculus home menu to reset my view, and the game crashed. But the game usually crashes at random times, and it seems like when I get close to the table it has a much higher chance of crashing. Its disapointing not being able to play this game well, hopefully there is some sort of fix soon. I have a gtx 970ti and a fx 8350.

I also have this issue. Sometimes I can play a table for a few minutes before it crashes, but more often than not the game immediately crashes when selecting a table or even at launch.

I'm not sure if this is what is causing your specific issue, but Oculus recommends GTX 970 or AMD 290 equivalent or greater: https://www3.oculus.com/en-us/blog/t...vr-jam-voting/
