  • Any way to lower the "camera" or our height in game?

I just purchased Pinball FX2 VR for the PS4 and PS VR. This is a dream come true, Pinball in VR!!!

But there's just one problem, I dunno if it's because I'm 6 feet tall, but I'm sitting on my couch and for some reason the Pinball table is very low! The game makes me feel like I'm a 7 foot giant standing at a Pinball table.

Is there any way to add an option so I can move my face (the camera) closer to the table? That way I don't have to play this game bending forward and looking downwards all the time.

"But aren't all pinball games played standing up!?" you say?

Well yeah, that's true. To fully immerse myself I should be standing up, but I'm not at an arcade! I'm in my living room, with a couch, and I wanna enjoy Pinball FX2 VR like every single other Zen Pinball game I ever bought on my Xbox 360, 3DS and Android phone! Not only that, but when we play on a real pinball table, our hands are resting on the table itself while we crouch down, so I can comfortable play the game. When playing in a VR game, there's nothing to balance myself on. I'm just leaning forward and it gets tiresome and it's not comfortable and worst of all, after long playthroughs my neck starts to hurt cause I'm always looking down.

I wish we could lower the camera or adjust our height in the game settings so I can sit back on my couch and look straight.

HA! Nevermind. I found a trick!

I stand up, press "Square" to center, then I sit down and *poof* I get a better view. lol!

        Default Height

If I do a small jump then hit X I can get the height right. Could we default the tables to standard pinball height and only lower them if the user requests differently?

          Zen Pinball is top dog

We have PSVR also and put the camera on top a "bar stool" type of chair in the middle of the living room. I sit back against the couch (about 6 ft away from the camera) and sit straight up looking forward, and then I hold in the "options" button to recenter the screen. After that I look slightly, slightly down and the angle looks perfect as I am playing a real machine. I do not have to stand up and then sit down. The height of my PS camera is about my mid chest area when I am sitting and works well at this height. I am wondering if increasing the PS camera height by propping it up on books or something would help the previous posters (He said he was tall). I don't think it is normal to have to do a "small jump and then sit" to get a proper angle. I have never had to stand and then sit with my setup to get a great angle. I think the solution involves the height you place the physical PS camera and not a software fix. Hopefully this advice helps
