US Pinball Tour/Road Trip

I'm planning on using Pinside as a guide, but I'd like to hear opinions on what arcades/museums I should absolutely NOT pass up. Where are you dying to go?

My tentative plan is following I-90 from NY to Seattle, down the coast to San Diego, Las Vegas to Denver, south through NM towards Austin, New Orleans, Miami and back up the East Coast.

Any recommendations are welcome- food, national parks, camping areas, biggest ball of yarn- all that!
