If it helps to DX the issues, I couldn't import The Walking Dead, Excalibur or Earth Defense... But I REALLY wanted them so I just re-bought them.

Thanks! It's possible that you didn't actually purchase it - If I remember correctly it was a free table during Halloween one year (before I worked at Zen).

Indeed, it was free for one week only, and it's a cracking table too, one of my favourites!

In other news, whilst we wait for crossbuy and leaderboards etc to be fixed, remember that CastleStorm: Definitive Edition launches this week for just £7.99! EDIT: Currently listed for £11.99...

I have this game and all its DLC on Xbox 360, and it's a lot of fun, trust me.

Still nothing yet regarding import of Marvel Core (Spider-Man et all), Earth Defence and Excalibur. Been checking pretty much every day. GTag mONdeTH Do we have any ideas on a rough timeframe? I'm aching for these tables!

Cross platform is out of the goodness of your heart and makes good business sense.

Having leaderboards IS ESSENTIAL TO GAMING ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE'S NO ONLINE MULTIPLAYER AND IT'S BEEN MORE THAN 5 WEEKS! 5 WEEKS!

Most of us are still here and aren't going anywhere - PLEASE RESPOND!

Only that never happened. It's something MICROSOFT HAS TO FIX. Zen merely provides the content and has absolutely zero control over the marketplace.

This is the last part of the chat transcript with the customer advisor i spoke to regarding this. The chat went on for while and i had to explain this issue to MS rep. I even linked them to this forum as they were adamant that there was no transfer between Xbox 360 and Xbox One tables.

MS Rep: I understand. If what Zen Studios are claiming to be correct, then you should be able to get those contents but we're talking about in-game contents here. Though you made the purchase through Microsoft when you initially had it on your 360, it's still with the game server. If what they're claiming is true, then they should be able to get you the license back for those contents.

Silverspore: So all this has been for nothing, Microsoft are effectively the retailer for the game and who took my money. The licence is transferred from Microsoft as they run the accounts.

MS Rep: I'm not saying it's the end of the line here. I know how this may sound and I can understand why you're putting us the blame. We are indeed the retailer for the game, however that's part of the agreement that we have with the publisher or game developer. What I'm trying to say is, if what they're claiming is true regarding the info they stated on their forums, then they're the only ones who can get you those in-game contents for your Xbox One.

Just thought i would put this up for Zen to investigate as surely MS hold the licences as you can re-download all tables on 360 at any point( via web browser, smart glass or console history ). MS passing the buck yet again.
