Pinball FX2 on Xbox One FAQ

So I guess I am unclear about what is actually happening here....

Are we posting our names and tables because they are getting fixed individually? If so are we notified when they are?

Or are we posting our names and tables because that somehow helps figure out the problem and one day everyone's problems will be fixed at once?

i haven't bought any other packs, and will not either until i get my previously owned tables back!

We have just received confirmation from Microsoft that the Marvel Pinball pack, Earth Defense, and Excalibur tables have been released on Xbox One. If you are unable to import these tables from 360 to Xbox One, please let us know after you have tried the suggestions for importing in the FAQ at the top of this thread, as we do not want players to purchase the same tables twice. We appreciate your patience while we work with Microsoft to get imports functioning for all tables in Pinball FX2.

I am unable to import Earth Defense, Excalibur and Marvel Pinball pack (original). I've tried all the suggestions in the FAQ. All other tables imported without problems.

I got tired of checking this forum for any news of a resolution to the problem. Went to Zen's site and sent their support a e-mail. Urge everyone else to do it to. Maybe they were all sleeping.

Please do not email and post here on the forums. I am in charge of support emails as well as the forums, so telling me the same information twice only wastes your time. Please do not purchase tables again on Xbox One if you already got them on 360. We are working on this, please be patient.

How hard can this really be to fix? This has been going on since the game came out.

Let's face it, there's going to be no real rush to fix this. From a commercial viewpoint the situation suits Zen. The tables are there to be bought by the impatient and all the while Zen can claim they're trying so very hard to fix it. I've lost faith in Zen totally. The whole situation is really starting to stink. And where's the scoreboard patch btw? I can't believe that a game that was excellent on the 360 is such a mess on the XO.

I'm having importing problems too.

I have six tables that are currently on XBox One that are eligible for import. NONE of them are working.

1) Secrets of the Deep
2) Biolab
3) Pasha
4) Rome
5) Earth Defense
6) Excalibur

I never bought any of the Marvel or Star Wars tables or anything like that, so these are the only ones I can even import... so 0/6. Not a good ratio.

I also can't download my previously purchased tables - gamertag is Bender R Bender - the new Marvel pack, Earth Defense and Excalibur were all previously purchased on the Xbox 360.
