No, a licensing issue has nothing to do with it. The crossbuy on the initial batch of Marvel tables worked fine. Also on the PS3/4/Vita the crossbuy works fine on all the tables. Seeing as the crossbuy worked perfectly on Minecraft, Destiny, and the first batch of tables when the game hit in August, im betting on this being a purposeful action either by Microsoft, or MS in cooperation with Zen. After the flood of negative feedback in August, and everyone assuming the issue was fixed because of it, im thinking their testing out the reaction of people. It would make sense that their trying to see how many people will bite and pay to download the tables a second time. I've purchased every table so far on MS, and Sony platforms, as well as some on 3DS, Windows 8, and nearly every table on Steam. I've been a huge supporter of Zen, but I can't see any sense in buying anything on Microsofts platforms anymore and will stick strictly to Sony. Its sad to say it, but the game has been nothing short of a train wreck on XBox One.

Everyone - please post your gamertag if you have not already!

I'm having trouble importing Marvel Pinball Pack and the Pinball FX2 Core Collection (the latter was migrated automatically from the original Zen Pinball game on Xbox 360). My other purchases imported without any problems after the initial post-release patch. My console is registered under the Xbox One Preview Program and has the latest updates. Feel free to contact me if I can provide more details for troubleshooting, and thanks for making (and continuing to support) such a fun and addictive game!

This is absolutely untrue. If we wanted people to pay a second time for the same content, we would never have offered cross buy or imports for any platform ever. This is a technical issue that did not present itself until the game released, but we are doing our best to get this resolved.
Again, DO NOT purchase these tables a second time. Please be patient, we will get this resolved.
I have a problem only importing two specific tables.
Earth Defense
Excalibur
I figure the reason is because I purchased these tables in the original Pinball FX and then imported them into Pinball FX2.
All the other tables I have purchased have imported fine with no issues.

Why hasn't a warning about the possibility of re-buying a product that should be free been added to the marketplace description? Surely it's the least you can do while awaiting a fix.
Also, the "ball rolling" sound effect is missing in all the tables of the Xbox One version. This sound effect was always present in the xbox360 version of the game, and is very weird to play now without it.
