Thank you. And on a side note, I hope that Microsoft adds an update that will allow you to group your friends into different categories. Would like to put all my Pinball FX2 friends into a group.
People did demand next gen Minecraft for free. People always demand stuff for free. What they got was a heavy discount for the game and all their dlc ported over for free. Without even a tenth of the issues FX2 is having.
The problem for me isn't about "entitlement". It's about a developer going back on its word. The situation with table imports is really starting to look like a deliberate attempt to bypass the promises made for as long as possible in order to create income. Getting our tables for free is great & I don't expect anything extra on top of that but Zen have to follow through on it all without the shabby tactics they or Microsoft seem to be employing. If things had gone smoothly I'd have bought Walking Dead, GOTG, Doc Strange, Deadpool and the last Star Wars pack and be shaping up to buy Castlestorm next week. As things stand I just don't trust Zen anymore to do that. The import thing and the lack of progress with it is just too convenient for Zen.
It's not about entitlement. It's about being played as a customer.
you're paranoid. they're having a problem with certain people that they're fixing.
I have transferred all my tables including marvel pack, Excalibur and earth Defense with no issues. I suppose this is a conspiracy against certain individuals only?
Yes Minecraft had a $5 upgrade option. that isn't free. be grateful Zen offer the free tables because it really isn't necessary.
Only that never happened. It's something MICROSOFT HAS TO FIX. Zen merely provides the content and has absolutely zero control over the marketplace.
Bingo! At least someone gets it.
I like how people are comparing PFX2 (a platform that relies heavily on a unique DLC model) to Minecraft (a regular game with DLC that runs on a traditional model).
Zen is exploring uncharted territory here. Sure cross-buy works fine with the traditional model (regular game release with DLC), but Zen's game isn't a traditional game. It's a unique platform and it uses a custom model that Microsoft made for it. It's going to have its bugs and it's going take some time (several weeks, not hours or days) to fix it.

God, it's like talking to a block of marble.
Uhm... Not sure about that.
It's all the x1 version that feels... not so much considered.
Ladder, bumbs, import problem, frends not shown...
I LOVE ZEN, really. I bought some table not less than 3 times (I play on x360 where i Own all tables, ps3, PC & android) but this xbox one version is disappointing in many ways. I really hope that all the problem will be fixed but at today IMHO xbox one version is the worst...
I have a problem only importing two specific tables.
Earth Defense
Excalibur
I figure the reason is because I purchased these tables in the original Pinball FX and then imported them into Pinball FX2.
All the other tables I have purchased have imported fine with no issues.
Thank you,

I don't believe this reason is true. The reason I say that is because I bought Excalibur for the original Pinball FX on the 360. I bought Earth Defense for Pinball FX2. Neither of them will allow me to dl for free on my XB1. So I don't think it has anything to do with if the tables were originally purchased for Pinball FX or Pinball FX2.
Can't transfert • Pinball FX2 Core pack: Biolab, Pasha, Rome, Secrets of the Deep and • Marvel Pinball pack: Spider-Man, Iron Man, Wolverine, and Blade...
