Tower Conqueror NOT unlocking properly

I'm now missing 3 Achievements, after quitting PBFX2 and going back in, it wiped the lot, but two, Tower Conqueror and Pathfinder never actually unlocked with a toast to begin with.

I have done it twice. In game the patch pops up and after the game the achievement tab has it unlocked but no Xbox achievement. If I quit the game and come back, the in-game achievement has been reset also.

Also all the extra tables are coming up 0gs. I thought they were 10gs each?
