Service page no longer seems to be reporting an issue with achievements and one I earned on a Windows Phone game has now gone through (unable to confirm anything else at this point). -
Achievement Outage
Calm down everyone, there is currently an Xbox Live service alert concerning achievements so not just PFX2 affected
