Import help please

I own every table on the 360. Just got an Xbox One today and it still wants to charge me for many of the tables. I have been able to get Iron & Steel, Street Fighter, Doctor Strange, Star Wars Balance of the Force, Walking Dead, South Park, Venom, Ago of Ultron, Earth Defense, and Epic Quest. None of the other tables or packs. Help?

Make sure you are using the same account and try going to ‘Manage Game' on your Xbox One, scroll to the right, and you should see content listed as ‘Ready for install.' If that doesn't work, and you are still being charged for the tables you've already downloaded, please contact Microsoft support.

I tried this and it didn't work. Then I got on a support chat with MS which lasted over an hour where they guy insisted that only some tables import and I have to rebuy the ones that didn't. Do you have an email or contact info for someone at MS who is familiar with this issue because the guy I dealt with had no clue (he kept telling me the game is free and had trouble grasping the concept of buying tables individually).

Woooooow. That is really freaking lame. I don't have any specific contact info for anyone at Xbox support. Does it still try to charge you when you search the tables within the marketplace rather than trying to purchase within the game?

Update. I left the game running all day while at work today and the problem appears to be resolved. Missing tables are now $0.00. For whatever reason it just took my account longer to update I guess. Thank you for your help!
