Backup problem

Hi all,

I've a big problem with my Pinball FX2 on my Xbox one.

My profile does not save when I play

The game indicates that the backup is ok, but every time I launch the game, all the settings and the scores tables no longer exist.
As if it was the first time I launch the game.

I've deleted the game, and have formatted my xbox without success.

Have you tried deleting and re-adding your Xbox profile?
