  • Trying to get in contact with Admin.

    Hello.

For the past while now, I've been trying to get in contact with Zen Studios about a lost code for Star Wars Pinball on FX2

On May 5th of this year, I purchased the Star Wars Digital Movie Collection on my Xbox One console directly through their store, which included some extra Star Wars content. This is what I’m referring to:

A few days later, I received a Smartglass message containing the codes for the extra content, including the code for your game. At the time, I didn’t have enough space on my hard drive to download Pinball FX2, so I left the message alone for the time being. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that Xbox messages get deleted from the servers after 30 days, essentially deleting my code for your game.

I’ve had a couple of chat sessions with the representatives at Microsoft about this issue, and they referred me to you. They told me that on their end, I’m still eligible for this Star Wars Pinball code, and gave me a reference # to give to you which proves my purchase, just in case:

Reference # (I will PM a reference # to you)

I appreciate your time, and would very much like to play your game.
