Problem with table categories

Hi Barbie!

Is this normal (black/no category tab)?

I just bought them (Balls of Glory and Force Awakens) on 360. Didn't appear on One in the game but did appear in the "Manage Game" page. Both downloaded successfully and are working, but they're place in that blank, black category.

I un-installed all and re-installed, sing-off and deleted my profile and re-downloaded it. Always same thing!

Can you help me please? Thank you!

BTW, can't wait for the Alien tables!

Force Awakens is having the same problem for me on both XB1 and Win 10. Balls of Glory tables are where they should for me though.

That should be labeled as the new tables category. Does everything function correctly, but it just looks ugly?

So far they seems to be working fine. Strange thing is I think (I'm not 100% sure, could be wrong) that before I bought the Balls of Glory pack that the tables did appear in a "Fox" something category. It's after I downloaded them that they were placed in the blank category with Force Awakens.

EDIT: May be important. I just unlocked an achievement on "Might of the First Order" (Force Awakens) and the achievement is listed as "Pinball FX2 Windows 10 Edition". I play on Xbox One, never played on Win 10.

Ok, this was listed as "Pinball FX2 Windows 10 Edition" I kid you not!

So this one seems to have resolve itself (maybe after a reboot or cause I logout/login)


But then I've found this:

Like I've said, this is on Xbox One.

EDIT: I remember now that I've tried the Win 10 version in the past, in 2015, but since it was lacking a lot of tables and cross-buy wasn't working I un-installed it. Never played that version since.

EDIT2: Ok, just to prove I wasn't kidding (or on drugs), here's what I found in my feed:

Ok, strange things are happening. Launch the game and both the FOX Collection and the Force Awakens where placed where they should. BUT, lots of grey-out tables, like all the other Star Wars tables. Un-installed/re-installed those tables, still grey-out and not launching.

Deleted my profile. Logout/login. After syncing, back to black square for Force Awakens and FOX Collection.

Deleted my profile again completely this time (from console and cloud) and un-installed everything. Installed only base game.

1st thing I noticed on title screen is the date, 2016. Before it was 2015! Could this mean the game executable is not updating correctly for some people (and licenses/certificates too)?

Re-installed everything, everything are in their correct places, but still lot of grey-out, un-playable tables.


And last, quick question: Why some tables (like The Walking Dead) don't appear in the "Manage Game" page? It's only downloadable from the game.

Thanks! Looks like others have some greyed out tables as well, we will be investigating this!

These "investigations" are taking quite some time.... the game is still not working as it should. Greyed out tables all over the place!!

Yep having a lot of difficulty with the game which is a shame as was getting into it again, I'm sure they will fix it but am playing other things for now
