  • Friend's Leaderboards not working correctly - Xbox One

I've noticed the Friend's Leaderboard is not populating correctly on all the tables released since FX2 came out. I noticed this most recently on the Doom table, but from what I can tell it happens on all the new tables (at least for 2016).

I see my own high score and one friend, but that's it despite that fact that I know some of my other friends have played the given table. It goes like this: while playing a table I get the pop up announcing I am so many points away from beating a given friend. This means they've played the table and would thus be on the Friend's Leaderboard for that table. When I go to the Friend's Leaderboard for that table, all I see is myself and one friend (not the one who I know has played it and gotten a score higher than me).

If a given friend's high score gets announced via pop up when I get close to it during a game, why then doesn't that score show up in the Friend's Leaderboard for that table? It's SUPER frustrating to check out the Friend Leaderboard for a given table and not see entries from friend's I know have played the table. Half the fun of pinball is going to the Friend's Leaderboard for a given table and checking out their scores and trying to beat them.

Thanks for the report! Can you give some examples - screenshots or gamertags/scores work just fine. Thanks! If it's easier to email all this, feel free to do so, [email protected] (it will come directly to me)

I play on Xbox One, so there's no way to get a screen shot from there to you that I know of. A good example would be the Doom table. As I approach a score on the table that is close to what someone on my friend's list has gotten, the message pops up just below the LED readout display on screen. Whether or not I bet the score, when I finish my game and go to the friend's leaderboard for that table, it shows only 1 friend (not the one I was close to betting score wise). If the game is letting me know while I am playing that I am approaching a friend's high score, then that score should also be in the friend's leaderboard for that table, but it's not. I'll generally see 2 or 3 friends scores pop up during the game as I get close to them, but none of them show up in the friend's leaderboard for the table. I noticed this change when you moved FX2 from the 360 to Xbox One and the friends would be playing on X1 as well. I should be able to go to the friend's leaderboard of any of the tables (at least the new ones over the last year) and see all my friend's who have played it and what their score is, but I don't. I only get a clue during the game when I am close to betting the score and it flashes on the screen for a second or so saying I am close to betting so and so's score.

Can you give us your gamertag as well as a friend (or two) that don't show up but should be there?
