Heck yeah dude, when I found out it totally made my year!! I have a pinball 101 zen edition beginner skills video I have posted to my youtube channel that I will also post here in a moment. With PBFX3 around the corner it shojld help some newcomers with basic ball control. I will make an intermediate and advanced video in the future. Let me know what you think in the new thread!

        You are good.
I am not a beginner by any stretch, but I am so bad at this part of the game. I can do it fine on xbox 360, but any other platform it seems like it never has the strength. So my question is: Do you just do a quick tap to nudge, is it more of a hold of the button?
I use the d-pad, is that what you use. I'm so used to the d-pad, not sure if I could switch back to the stick.

Sorry in advance to be 'that guy' but.... technically they're not Death Saves. They're Bang Backs. Except for the South Park one at 42 secs and SW at 1:10. They were death saves

Bang Backs are from a left drain. Death Saves are from a right drain.

Here are 2 vids showing the diffs

A demonstration of an illegal pinball technique.More information at: http://www.papa.org

Bang Back and Death Save within 10 Seconds of each other! And then loose the ball to a amateur mistake!!! Good demonstration video though...

Nevertheless, awesome skill! I'm yet to do either on any computer pinball although I can do DS's in real life... but not BB's.
