Dr strange download missing from marvel season 1 bundle

So as Microsoft customer services were no help, and Zen have ignored my posts and email, I ended up buying the table DESPITE the description of the marvel season one bundle stating the table was included.

I purchased marvel season 1 bundle. Description includes Doctor strange, but it didn't download or award the license, so appears as if I don't own it. Can you help?
