Yeah, death to Iron Man. Mad Man, could you supply a brief summary on the Infinity Gauntlet? I think that's gonna be my favorite.

Basically Thanos is obsessed (or in love) with the entity Death. He wants to seek her approval by wiping out 1/2 the population of the entire universe. He acquires the 6 infinity gems, which control all aspects of reality, and places them in his gauntlet to take control of all the universe. His first action is to literally wipe out 1/2 the population of the entire universe in a snap of his fingers.

What heroes (and villains) remain alive have to band together to find and stop Thanos and take the gauntlet away from him and restore the Universe to its original state.

Yeh the Infinity Gauntlet Saga is one of the most Cosmic Epicness ever I was actually hoping Thanos would appear in the Marvel Avengers film coming out this year. I also loved the character in the Silver Surfer animated series which aired on Fox Kids all those years ago.... "AHHH Lady Chaos" anyone who saw that show will get that quote

I LOVE Zen, but with 5,000 characters in the Marvel Universe, it really irks me to see Iron Man and Thor again, ALREADY. With that said, I will continue buying all of Zen's product.

These tables are based on storylines, not characters. And it makes sense to make an Avengers themed table with the movie coming out. And these tables all look excellent!

Avengers table: TWO left outlanes!!??! No outer orbit?

Infinity and fear itself look like the coolest tables. Galactus! Well, he's on the backboard artwork anyway, let's hope for an in game appearance. Love the Eisner-esque G-O-D letters behind THANOS.

And there's something cool going on with the bottom of the fear itself table. Ooh yeah. Looks like an orbit under the flippers. Wonder where the drain is, and geometry looks hard for death saves. That ball launch looks awesome!! And an Odin table character model. Fuck yeah.

Cannot fault production values but too much repetition with IronMan, CaptainAmerica, Thor, Thing and now after watching the video, Wolverine.

Out of the pack Infinity Gauntlet appeals to me most, least would have to be the Avengers table. Movie tie-ins and games never work out.

Yeah, the current Iron Man, Captain America, and Thor tables didn't work out at all.

I'm just funnin'. I suppose you could make some arguments about not being direct tie-ins, but they're definitely connected mentally when get down to it. Movie tie-in games have gotten much better in recent years, though.

Thanos (along with Dr. Doom) are my favorite comic book characters, and Infinity Gauntlet is probably my favorite story/arc/event of all time, so I will steamroll old ladies to get this table (not that I have to even get off my couch, it's just a way to describe my desire).

I'm a massive comic geek, but don't really read any of the capes and spandex stuff of DC and Marvel so although I recognize most characters and have a vague idea as to background etc, I don't know any of the stories. Good to hear this won't hold any non-Marvelite back with enjoying the tables.
