  • Shameful....

Wow. A full month after the supposed "Tie-in" with the movie an STILL no word about the release date for the Avengers. You are doing your customers a HUGE disservice. I understand that things happen and previously unseen complications arise, but they you shouldn't have mentioned anything at all. And, furthermore, on the home page of your website, the "NEWS" section hasn't been updated since Mar 23? Seriously....good thing that you guys work in an industry that is very stable and not constantly in flux with new developments or ideas. Well done. You have clearly demonstrated that you care little to nothing about your customers, aside from the occasional shoulder shrug and half baked response about product certification. (If it didn't pass, then isn't that ultimately YOUR fault?) I am disgusted with the way this whole thing has transpired. It reeks of apathy for your customers, poor planning and worse execution. For shame, Zen.

Didn't you already say all this last week? Enough with the trolling, it's getting old. Not to mention there are plenty of threads that you can complain in, but no, you have to stand out and make a new thread so everyone can see your little rant.

Zen may have jumped the gun on telling us Avengers was on the way, but I think it has been out of their control and its MS and Sony taking the p***. As long as its here before the end of June I'll be happy, but earlier would be cool... Come on MS!

It's common knowledge that the console platform holders are difficult to work with when it comes to precise scheduling and transparency. Quite a few developers, when they've been allowed to speak frankly and sometimes off the record, have cited the platform holders - Sony and MS both - as a PITA.

Everyone wants the content - we're all eager to give Zen our money! - but crying about something you haven't yet purchased, that you don't have a right as such to buy... that just comes across as whining. Or entitled.
