Is Sorcerer's lair free?

Hi,
I read that the table "Sorcerer's lair" is downloadable for free, and in fact in the game the button to download it is "Download and Play" instead of "Buy game" like in the other tables.
The problem is that, when I click on "Download and Play" in Sorcerer's lair, it asks me to pay 2.49 eur for this.
Is it normal?

For the Windows 8 version, Mars is free. On iOS and Android, Sorcerer's Lair is free.
