Thor and Excalibur never finish loading on Surface RT

The built-in Mars table works just fine, but having purchased Excalibur and Thor, neither of these tables will load successfully on my Microsoft Surface RT running Windows 8.1 RT. They both work OK on my desktop PC running Windows 8.1 Pro, but I purchased the add-on tables specifically so I could use them on my Surface.

After signing in to XBox Live, the tables download, and become active in the selection grid. However, when selecting a purchased table, the loading screen appears. The word 'Loading' pulsates in the upper left corner, and there is a circular animated icon, ever-shrinking concentric rings. in the lower left corner. The animated Pinball FX2 logo is in the top right corner. The Pinball FX2 theme plays and the background image scrolls slowly across. However, this screen just displays forever, the loading does not complete. I have tried leaving it for over an hour. This is the same for both Thor and Excalibur, while Mars continues to work fine.

Is there anything I can do to fix this, or can I get a refund on the tables?

My only comment is as we talked about in game that bruiser characters (slow attacking) are penalized on almost all of the legendary items (norn stones excluded off the top of my head) due to the fact that if its a % to proc on hit then obviously a slow attacker like colossus hulk thing etc would not be benefiting close to as much as someone like JG hawkeye or cable. Just throwing it out there

Try clearing the store cache: press the Windows Key + r In the box type wsreset.exe and enter. Then just restart the store and it should start downloading any missing updates, DLC, etc.
